Where is my order?
Every Lemonvibrator order ships within 1 business day. The moment we hand it to the carrier you'll receive a tracking email — here's how to find it and what to do if something looks off.
Three ways to track
1 · Tracking email
Subject line 'Your Lemonvibrator order is on the way' — sent within 24 hours of order placement. Click the carrier link inside; it deep-links directly to UPS / USPS / DHL with your number pre-filled.
2 · Account dashboard
Log in at lemonvibrator-cwhpq.mayall.ai, open Orders, click the order number. Live tracking events appear inline — no need to leave the site.
3 · Email us
If you can't find the email and don't have an account, write to [email protected] with the name and email used at checkout. We reply with the tracking link inside one business day.

Common situations
"It's been over 4 days, no movement."
Most likely a carrier scan was missed — packages still arrive on time. If 7+ business days pass with no movement, email us and we ship a replacement immediately.
"Tracking shows delivered but I don't see it."
Check with neighbors, building lobby, and the spot the carrier left it. If still missing 24h after the delivery scan, email [email protected] — we file a carrier claim and reship at no charge.
"My address is wrong."
Email [email protected] within 4 hours of order placement. If we haven't shipped yet, we re-route. If it's already in transit, we work with the carrier to redirect (carrier fee may apply).
"International — duties were charged at delivery."
Shouldn't happen. We pay duties at checkout. If you were charged at the door, forward the receipt and we'll refund the difference within 48 hours.
